Return & Exchange Policy
- All returning merchandise must have a returned merchandise authorization (RMA). Any items returned withour prior authorization will not be refunded or exchanged.
- A 15% restocking fee applies to all returned SwingCase merchandise, unless an item other than the ordered item arrives as a result of an error made by Diversified Products, or the shipping warehouse.
- To arrange a return or exchange, call us toll-free 1-866-314-5427 to receive an RMA number. We will provide a returning merchandise document that is to be inserted into the returning carton, as well as another that is to be taped to the outside of the carton.
- The customer is responsible to pay for return shipping on all RMA merchandise, unless the reason for the RMA is due to an error made by Diverified Products, in which case a return shipping label will be provided.
- Damaged or used products cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.
- Returned merchandise sent back for a refund must be in as-new, resellable condition.
- All returned merchandise must be returned within 30 days from date of original invoice.
- Merchandise returned without an RMA number or parcels shipped collect will be refused.
- Return policy applies to retail online and/or telephone orders.
- The original method of payment used to place the order will be credited the purchase price, minus the 15% restocking fee. Please allow up to 7 business days for your bank to process the credit and for it to show up on your credit card statement, or to your PayPal account.
